June 29, 2009: Mount St. Helens mountain bike ride (40km)
Probably the best xc mtb ride I have ever done.

The first few hundred meters of snail trail is missing (forgot to turn the GPS on), but that give you an idea of where the trial starts (see break in blue line near the left
